A 55 year old presents with features suggesting abdominal/pelvic sepsis

partially compensated

Renal failure

Anaemia

High creatinine, normal K – ?chronic vs acute renal impairment

Requires resuscitation, antibiotics, further workup.

Consider Myeloma – backache, renal failure, infection, anaemia
