A 5 year old girl presents with moderate hypoglycaemia on background of anorexia for 5 daysModerate hypoglycaemia requiring oral/iv glucose

moderate normal anion gap metabolic acidosis with appropriate compensation

Normal lactate and potassium

Check ketones

screen for sepsis, exclude abdominal causes for presentation

admit under paediatrics
