The pelvic x-ray shows a left iliac crest fracture. With minimal trauma as the causative factor, a pathological fracture is likely.

This patient underwent a CT scan of the pelvis which showed a lytic process in the left ilium with a pathological fracture. The patient was subsequently diagnosed to have a breast carcinoma with metastasis to the bones.
