The lateral elbow x-ray shows an elevated anterior fat pad and a visible posterior fat pad. The oblique elbow x-ray shows an undisplaced lateral condylar fracture of the humerus.

Lateral condylar fractures are generally unstable and should be discussed with the orthopaedic team for further management.
