The right shoulder x-ray shows a grade III dislocation of the right acromio-clavicular joint. There is an upward displacement of the distal clavicle compared to the acromion. The coraco-clavicular (i.e. CC) distance is also increased; normally, the CC distance is approximately 10-13 mm and in our case, it is nearly 23 mm.
