The chest x-ray shows a moderate right-sided pleural effusion and a fluid collection in the right horizontal fissure (i.e. pulmonary pseudotumor); there is also a consolidation involving the right mid and lower zones.

All of this is suggestive of a right parapneumonic effusion. The patient was managed with intravenous antibiotics and got better.
