The chest x-ray shows

a right paratracheal lucency with bulging thick wall indicating significant esophageal dilatation. There a lap band visualised near the gastroesophageal junction with a Phi angle of approximately 45 degrees.

The patient will need lap band interrogation & an esophagoscopy for a direct look.
