The chest x-ray shows

pneumomediastinum. There is dirty shadowing with streaks of air in the superior mediastinum on frontal view & linear air marks behind the heart on the lateral view.

Advanced imaging showed no cause and the patient was treated symptomatically. A repeat chest x-ray 5 days later showed a complete resolution.
