Lab Case 188

A 7 year old boy is brought to ED with his mother with a 4 day history of abdominal pain and vomiting. He has no PMH. O/E BP 90/50 HR 115 Sats 97% RA Temp 37 RR 30 CPR 4 seconds. The child has sunken eyes and dry mucous membranes. He is alert but looks underweight and unwell. No other clinical signs of note
