65 year old lady with history of COPD presented with shortness of breath. He chest auscultation revealed bilateral wheezes.
Her arterial blood gas on 40% O2 showed the following:

PO2 = 130 mmHg
HCO3 = 31 mmol/L
Na = 141 mmol/L
K = 4.5 mmol/L
Cl = 104 mmol/L
Glucose = 6.2 mmol/L
Hb = 172 g/dL
Lactate = 1 mmol/L
Cr = 74 umol/L
