The HBL view shows a fat – fluid level suggestive of lipohaemarthrosis. There is also an avulsed fragment of bone in the area of tibial spine.

The frontal knee x-ray shows an area of abnormal density in the tibial spine area.

The patient had an MRI which confirmed the complete avulsion of the tibial spine with ACL tear.
