Diffuse opacification of the right lung field obscuring the right heart border without effusion of PTX. Likely pneumonic.
Cardiomegally with a duel lead PPM insitu.
Left lung appears clear. No obvious lytic bony lesion.
In summary – multilobe pneumonia on right.
