65 year old lady presented with drowsiness and bradycardia, her venous blood gases showed the following:

PH = 7.38

pCO2 = 62 mmHg

pO2 = 23 mmHg

HCO3 = 36 mmol/L

Hb = 132 mmol/L

Na = 116 mmol/L

K = 7.7 mmol/L

Cl = 88 mmol/L

Glucose = 4.4 mmol/L

Lactate = 1.4 mmol/L

Creatinine = 146 umol/L
