22 year-old-girl from african origin presented with severe chest pain. Her blood tests showed the following:

Haemoglobin = 83 g/L

Red Cell Count = 3.05

Haematocrit = 0.243

M.C.H.C = 342 g/L

Mean Cell Volume = 80 fL

M.C.H = 27.2

RDW = 18 %

Platlets = 188

White Cells Count = 18.3

Neutrophils = 12.8

Lymphocytes = 3.5

Monocytes = 2.0

Eosinophils = 0.0

Her liver functions test showed isolated hyperbilirubinaemia of 50 umol/L
