ECG of the Week 16th November 2022

The following ECG was obtained from an independent 78 year old woman at 11pm who complained of left sided shooting jaw ache that had commenced earlier that morning. She is adamant she has no chest pain. She had taken a RAT test earlier in the morning because of myalgia and was day 1 COVID positive.

She has a medical history relevant for:

  1. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy 6 years ago (file offsite)
  2. Hypercholesterolaemia (on a statin)
  3. Type 2 Diabetes (on metformin and empaglifozin)
  4. Musculoskeletal neck and shoulder pain (she wonders to you if it could be her neck pain radiating to her left jaw)

Describe the above ECG and your next steps in her management.
