The little finger x-ray shows no fracture. There is a cone epiphysis at the base of the middle phalanx of the little finger which is a developmental variant and represents cone shaped epiphysis protruding into the cupped metaphysis.

Cone epiphyses can also be seen in conditions like achondroplasia, skeletal dysplasia.
