The frontal chest x-ray shows a right superior mediastinal mass with slight indentation on the trachea.

The patient had a testicular mass and later on was diagnosed with a testicular malignancy with secondary deposit in the mediastinum.

Differentials for an anterosuperior mediastinal mass are:

• Terrible lymphoma
