The chest x-ray shows a hyperinflated right lung field. This might indicate a right main bronchus FB causing ball valve mechanism. There are perihilar infiltrates. There is no obvious foreign body that is visible in the airway.

Age of the patient (toddler), subacute nature of the cough and chest x-ray findings prompted referral and admission of the patient under specialist for further management.
