The chest x-ray shows

an incidental finding of right sided aortic arch.

The lateral chest x-ray shows forward indentation of the trachea.

Right sided aortic arch can be associated with congenital heart disease. It can also be associated with aberrant origin of neck vessels and vascular rings causing compression of trachea or esophagus (presenting as dyspnoea/dysphagia).
