The frontal chest x-ray shows a dislocated left shoulder. Subsequent dedicated left shoulder x-rays confirmed a posterior dislocation of left shoulder.

Pay attention to the bones and joints on a frontal chest x-ray. This is especially important in unconscious/delirious patients who cannot be assessed properly when they are unwell.
