38 year old female presents to ED c/o heavy menstrual bleeding and bruising and non blanching spots to her limbs. She reports a recent URTI.

LFT’s Bili 34 umol/l, ALP 72UL, GGT 20UL, ALT 19UL, TP 42g/l, ALB 70g/L

1. Describe the above blood results and what would be the differential diagnosis for this case
2. What further blood tests would you order to further investigate this patient
