40 year old healthy ICU nurse, works with COVID-19 patients. She was brought to ED by ambulance after collapsing in a shower. Her pulse rate was 120 and blood pressure was 120/80.

Na = 132 mmol/L
K = 3.1 mmol/L
Cl = 102 mmol/L
Cr = 45 umol/L
Hb = 110 g/L
Glucose = 2.9 mmol/L
Lactate = 5.8
Ketones = 6.2
