Emergency Procedures in Critical Care is an immersive and dynamic year-long workshop series designed for emergency physicians and trainees committed to enhancing their proficiency in critical care procedures. As emergency medicine continues to evolve, the ability to swiftly and accurately perform life-saving interventions is paramount. EPICC has been crafted by experienced emergency physicians and educators to address this need, providing a comprehensive and hands-on approach to procedural training.
Aims of the EPICC Program:

Aim of this pre-course learning material:
- Familiarize themselves with key terminology, principles, and best practices relevant to emergency procedures.
- Gain an understanding of the theoretical foundations underlying the practical skills covered in the workshop.
- Prepare themselves to actively engage in hands-on training and simulation exercises during the workshop by building a solid knowledge base.
- Maximize their learning experience and optimize their participation in workshop activities by arriving with a strong foundational understanding of the subject matter.
