Case of the week 18

A 35-year-old man presented to ED with a history of palpitation for last one hour, he is pale, sweaty, and feeling dizzy.

His initial vitals are-

BP- 80/50, Sats- 98% RA, GCS 15

ECG-

You are shown an ECG of a 25 years of age Chinese female at 0200 hours on a saturday morning complaining of chest discomfort . Due to the department being busy a nurse has done her blood test prior and it  was found that she had an elevated Troponin of 600 (N <13 for females). Interpret and what would you do?
