The pelvic & left hip x-rays show anterior inferior iliac spine avulsion injury.

These avulsion injuries are predominantly seen adolescent age group. Anterior inferior iliac spine is the origin of the straight head of rectus femoris. Avulsion of AIIS results from forceful extension of the hip joint. It is usually managed conservatively.
