A 46 year old female presents to your ED with abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. Her pain started 2 days ago but has become worse over the last few hours. She has a history of bloating after meals and reflux.On examination she has no temperature but is tender in her upper abdomen with no guarding or rebound.
