An elderly woman on beta-blockers presented to the ED with hypotension and bradycardia, PR = 30/min. Her venous blood gases showed the following:

K = 6.8 mmol/L
Cl = 110 mmol/L
Glucose = 10 mmol/L
Lactate = 1.9 mmol/L
Creatinine = 255 mmol/L
