Following on from last week, this 58 yr old male is brought to your Emergency Department following an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.   After pre-hospital ROSC, the initial Emergency Department ECG showed complete heart block, a transvenous pacing wire has been placed, and IV adrenaline infusion commenced.    This is his ECG.
