The frontal chest x-ray shows volume loss and a mediastinal shift on the left side. Additional features include consolidation in the retro-cardiac area, a large cavity in the left apical area, and a smaller cavity in the left lingular area.

A CT scan confirmed lung abscesses and the patient was admitted for intravenous antibiotics.
