The sagittal CT KUB slice shows two calculi in the proximal ureter collectively measuring about 11 mm.

This line of stones in the ureter is known as ‘Steinstrasse’ or ‘ Stone Street”. This appearance is usually seen in post lithotripsy patients.

The above patient had no history of recent urological intervention.
