Imaging Case of the Week 424 Answer

The frontal right shoulder x-ray shows ‘lightbulb’ appearance of the humeral head. Axial view confirmed the presence of a posteriorly dislocated shoulder.

The patient had recovered from post ictal period following a seizure activity and was complaining of discomfort in his shoulder.
