The chest x-ray shows right paratracheal & bilateral hilar adenopathy. This pattern of lymph node enlargement forms Garland Sign or 1-2-3 sign and is seen in sarcoidosis with lymphoma being a differential diagnosis.

The patient underwent a CT Scan of the chest which confirmed the diagnosis of sarcoidosis.

Sarcoidosis is a granulomatous condition that can cause various chest manifestations.
