The ankle x-rays show talonavicular dislocation which is a rare injury.

The talar head & navicular should be congruent on frontal & lateral views which is not the case in above x-rays. A CT scan of the foot showed a talonavicular dislocation with fractured navicular bone. The patient underwent operative management.
