The wrist x-ray shows

At first glance, the frontal wrist x-ray reveals a radial styloid fracture. On close inspection, the scapholunate distance appears wider than normal (2mm). Actual scapholunate distance measurement was 3. 5mm indicating an associated scapholunate dissociation.
