The OM facial x-ray shows black eyebrow sign on the right.

The frontal facial view shows subcutaneous emphysema on the right side of the neck.

The patient had a fracture of anterior wall of their right maxillary antrum giving rise to above features on facial x-ray.

Pay attention to soft tissue signs on an x-ray which if present, should lead to high index of suspicion for a fracture.
