67 year old patient was brought as category 1 in a pre-arrest condition secondary to severe exacerbation of COPD. Her arterial blood gas (85% Oxygen) showed the following:

pCO2 = 99.4 mmHg
pO2 = 381 mmHg
cHCO3 = 27.3 mmol/L
Hb = 160 g/L
Na = 139 mmol/L
K = 6.5 mmol/L
Cl = 107 mmol/L
Glucose = 7.8 mmol/L
Lactate = 1.5 mmol/L
Cr = 88 umol/L
