ECG of the Week – 23rd February 2022

The following ECG is from an 82 year old man with metastatic mesothelioma on immunotherapy treatment with a background of secondary autoimmune pancreatitis (and type 2 DM) and colitis. He also has a history of coronary stents.

His presentation today is for a  new 3 day history of nausea and intermittent vomiting with an unsustained fever of 38 degrees at home.

His observations are T36 HR100 BP100/77 RR24 Sats 94% 3L n/s GCS15
