ECG of the Week – 3rd June 2020

You’ve seen a 37 year old lady with poorly controlled diabetes who has presented feeling hot and flushed with a ‘HI’ glucose and epigastric pain that radiates into her armpits.

She takes Amitrptylline, Lantus and Novorapid. On examination her HR is 115, BP 111/84, RR18, Sats 99%, T36.5, BSL 4.8 Ket 0.1 after taking total 29 units act rapid at home. On examination her chest is clear and she is tender in her epigastrium.
