ECG of the Week – 5th February 2020

It’s 0300 hours into a night shift where you about about to assess a 72 years of age female patient and this is her ECG .She is complaining of a mild 90 minute duration of a waxing and waning moderate chest discomfort. She was alert and hypertensive at 174/98 mmHg with a BSL of 5.9. What abnormalities can be seen and how would you treat and the disposition for the above patient.
