The pelvic x-ray shows:

• Right iliac wing fracture
• Right acetabular fracture
• Right inferior pubic ramus fracture
• Diastasis of the pubic symphysis
• Left 5th lumbar transverse process fracture

Relevant & significant negative finding is that there is no evidence of a pelvic binder application in this patient with open book pelvic fracture.

Patient to be managed as per EMST guidelines on major trauma.
