On Arrival to ED Blood was taken. Her blood gas (Venous) showed the following

pCO2 = 43 mmHg
PO2 = 10.6 mmHg
HCO3 = 25.3 mmol/L
FCOHb = 35 %
FMetHb = 1.1 %
Na = 142 mmol/L
K = 2.5 mmol/L
Cl = 105 mmol/L
Glucose = 6.8 mmol/L
Lactate = 3.6 mmol/L
Cr = 65 Micromol/L
